Can I change my order once processed?

We are able to accept order changes 1-3 days after your order has been placed. This is because all items are made to order and production starts almost immediately, from stock picking, to cutting fabric. Please email us immediately with your order number. 

Can I have my order fast tracked?

Possibly. We make our orders in time order so having orders fast tracked cannot always be possible depending on how busy we are. Please send us an email prior placing your order to ask whether we are able to help you within your requested time frame. Although this may not always be possible, we will try our best to accommodate.

Why does the price change when I select different sized clothing?

Due to everything being handmade to order, we price our garments depending on size. This is because bigger sizes require more fabric therfore cost more to make. Please remember standard UK postage is included in our pricing and you are not surprised with any additional costs at the checkout.

If I write my personalisation in capitals will my order come in capitals?

Yes. All personalisation fields are case sensitive and will be added to your order as written this includes spaces and full stops. Please double check spelling before submitting your order.

How many letters can I have embroidered?

We are restricted on baby/children's items due to the embroidery area being small. This means that we recommend under 6 Characters however we can embroider more. The more text the smaller the embroidery will be.

• Left breast placement embroidery is suitable for one name or initials up to 6 characters, we do not recommend multiple/hyphened names here.

• If choosing Central embroidery placement on loungewear, you can have more characters however it may mean having to have it placed on two seperate lines.

How long will delivery take?

Due to everything being handmade to order for you, our turnaround/processing time is currently 2-4 weeks. We work super hard to get orders made and shipped before then but this is a guideline. Once your order has been marked as shipped, it will be posted via the method you chose at the checkout.
